Henry has spent more than two decades on the shop floor and in the quoting office — programming CNC mills and lathes, troubleshooting tolerance and finish problems, and building manufacturing plans for prototype and low-volume production. He founded KUSLA Prototype in Suzhou to give overseas engineers one supplier for CNC machining, sheet metal, injection molding, and finishing under a single DFM review.
